A digital, lifelike exhibition on media skills for children aged 8 and over
Dive into our digital, lifelike Middle Ages adventure!
Discover our Middle Ages world and find out that you can make great use of the Internet for research but that there is a lot of misinformation on it as well.
Try your hand at being a Middle Ages influencer and earn Mitcoins in doing so. Notice what information artificial intelligence draws on. Reflect on whether you would like to activate your location detection. Uncover social media filters and try some programming.
But please note: You will also encounter Fake News and have to prove yourself in analogue form in skilled trades that are in demand not only in the Middle Ages!
An exhibition by the Graz Children’s Museum FRida & freD and by the Young Museum, Frankfurt, made possible by the Klaus Tschira Foundation.
A hands-on exhibition about giant bubbles, iridescent colours and soap roofs for children from 3 to 7 years old
Do you have a lot of puff to make and catch bubbles? Would you like to float like soap bubbles or be inside a giant soap bubble? Have you ever tried to preserve soap bubbles? Can soap bubbles be square? How do you make a soap bubble caterpillar?
Let yourself be enchanted by floating and shimmering soap bubbles! With soap, water, air and a little practice, you can do it effortlessly. Play with individual bubbles or make lots of foam – and fulfil your bubble dream!
Soap bubbles not only shimmer, they are also a little wet and sticky. So please wear clothes that can get dirty. And don’t worry – we have wellies for you!
An exhibition by the Munich Children’s Museum in co-operation with the Graz Children’s Museum FRida & freD.
