“Everything grows” – powered by SONNENTOR
A wondrous garden full of amazing plants and animals for children between the ages of 3 and 7.
What is that creepy-crawly down there? Who is leaving a slimy trail through the garden? Can you see how the pumpkin plant stretches upwards and how its roots extend downwards? Here there is a lot going on above and below ground because everything is growing and moving. Discover fruit and vegetables in countless colours, shapes and sizes and find out how everything is connected and how everything miraculously and constantly repeats itself. There is really no need to steer clear of fruit and vegetables!
An exhibition of the Graz Children‘s Museum FRida & freD

Take part in the dance to aid digestion, jump like popcorn in the saucepan, catch the slices of toast and discover that food is everywhere you look!

Research laboratory for children aged 8 and over
Our laboratory becomes a bakery! Why does the bread dough have to be kneaded and what happens to the bread when it is in the oven? And why does the bread get a crust on the outside but stay soft on the inside? You will find out what is behind, or rather inside it, in our bakery! And the taste experience is not neglected either when you stir the butter, make curd cheese and bake bread yourself in the laboratory!
